Welcome to Twilight House, a rustically modern cabin suited for any Lake Martin vacay! The front porch invites you in while offering a place to sip coffee or a cocktail of your choice. Step inside this breathtaking beauty and you’ll notice not one ounce of space is wasted; from the dining area to the open concept living room and kitchen, you're sure to find your perfect spot. Don't forget to whip up some lake drinks at the cocktail cove and head to the screen porch to catch your favorite show on the outdoor TV while seated on Polywood patio furniture. Ready for s'mores with the family? There is a great fire pit and grilling area just off the porch. This one level home offers a master suite with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combo. Beyond the living room on the other side of the home, you will find a queen bedroom, full bathroom, and a bunk room that sleeps 4.

All guests of Twilight House are welcomed with a bottle of Shooting Star Pinot Noir to sip under the stars with the ones you love. You will also have access to a golf cart with seating for 4 so you can check out all of the neighborhood amenities. The Village at Kowaliga Bay is a golf cart community with onsite open boat storage, a boat launch, first come first serve boat slips, a clubhouse with a pool, and a fitness center. So bring your boat and your swim trunks for a memorable Lake Martin vacation at Twilight House! We can't wait to host you!

**In the off-season (Oct-March) we can not guarantee the use of the boat ramp and common docks due to the lake levels being lowered.**

This home is a pet-friendly property with a non-refundable pet fee. Max of two pets. No cats.

This is a no-smoking property.
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon.
Please empty charcoal grill ashes and clean it after use.
There are 2 exterior cameras in use.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed, beds stripped and a load of towels started in the washer before departure. Trash is located near the exit of the complex.
You must fill out the arrival form and upload your Drivers licenses info in order to operate Golf Cart.
A liability waiver is included toward the end of the rental agreement. Be sure to read carefully When signing the rental agreement you are also signing a liability waiver.
