Far from 5 Stars – Stay Away

I stayed at this hotel expecting a true 5-star experience, but it was nothing of the sort. My stay was completely ruined by loud, inconsiderate neighbors, and despite contacting the staff multiple times, absolutely nothing was done. For a hotel that markets itself as luxury, the lack of action was shocking. A 5-star property should ensure peace, comfort, and professionalism, but instead I was left with sleepless nights and a sense that guests’ concerns simply don’t matter. When management can’t handle something as basic as providing a quiet environment for rest, the “five stars” mean nothing. If you value proper service, respect, and a restful stay, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This hotel is all show and no substance.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I arrived early and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, though coffee was only available from the machine. I also had dinner at Issei, which was excellent. The front desk kindly made the reservation for me, though I didn’t receive any discount at the restaurant despite being a hotel guest.
