Firstly the young lady working during the weekdays was so kind and helpful. She was very helpful with anything I needed. My room is one of single rooms where was very clean. It was hard to close the curtains seems a little outdated. This did not spoil anything there. Bed was super comfortable and nice shower in the bathroom It is a great location. So easy o get around. I was able to walk all of old town from the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from.

The room was incredibly clean, had a beautiful view especially in the snow. Perfect location only a short walk to the ferry port if you wanted to do a day trip to Helsinki, based in the old town, only a short walk from the castle. Beautiful restaurants and bars surrounding & inside the hotel. The staff were polite and happy to help. I would definitely come back again another time, I was sad to leave, felt like a home from home.
