Amazing experience!

The house is beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Very kids friendly. Great location, waking distance to the lake. Amazing owner who was really kind and hepful. We Loved it! Our kids had a great time and we hope to be able to come back next year! Thanks a lot!!

Très agréable séjour. Super maison bien équipée. Arrêt de bus juste à côté de la maison qui nous permet de bouger facilement sans prendre la voiture. Chouettes balades dans les environs. Baignade dans le lac à proximité. Super adresse ! Et jacuzzi 👍

Très très bonnes vacances

Maison idéalement située (piste cyclable et arrêt de bus à 100 m pour se rendre dans Annecy, commerces de Menthon St Bernard à 10 min à pieds, vue imprenable sur les Dents de Lanfon depuis le jardin, Roc de Chère de l'autre côté de la rue). Maison moderne avec tout les équipements nécessaires (nous avons particulièrement apprécié pouvoir disposer d'un 2nd frigo dans l'arrière cuisine/buanderie). Jardin parfaitement au calme même si la maison est à proximité de la route faisant le tour du lac car la maison est un peu en retrait et le jardin orienté à l'opposé de la route. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et c'est une adresse que nous conserverons pour de prochaines vacances dans la région. Greg, le propriétaire, est très disponible et à l'écoute. En résumé, nous recommandons cette location !!

Modern and well located house with a nice garden

We have enjoyed our stay in this modern, light and well equiped house. The house is clean and has a nice atmosphere. Gregory gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. The view from the garden at les Dents de Lanfon is beautiful. We can surely recommand the house if you are looking for a quiet place to stay near Annecy.

Nos avons séjourné en famille dans la maison de Grégory. Nous avons apprécié toutes les commodités, la décoration... la maison est très agréable à vivre. Le jardin est exceptionnel tant par sa taille, que par sa quiétude et son agencement. Un vrai havre de paix . La situation de la maison est très bien au calme tout en étant près des ballades et du lac.. De très bonnes vacances , un grand Merci à Grégory et sa famille. Une mention spéciale pour sa gentillesse et adaptabilité à nos besoins.

Emplacement top et maison très bien équipée

La maison est très bien située et très agréable avec des équipements de très bonne qualité. Prendre les repas sur la terrasse avec les parapentes en toile de fond est un vrai plaisir. La maison et le jardin étaient parfaits pour nos enfants (3 à 9 ans). Bons contacts avec le propriétaire qui a pu gérer efficacement nos demandes. Nous recommandons vivement cette destination et cette maison.
