Close to I-75 & I-4. 1 hour from Disney & multiple beaches. 5 minutes from the Mall & movie theater. Walking distance to Brandon Hospital and local library.
Roomy 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in the heart of Brandon. Queen size bed in the bedroom with a queen size futon in the living room. Can sleep up to 4 guests comfortably. Includes pool, fitness center, tennis and racket ball. We found everything to be exactly as listed. The condo was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. We had our own screened porch with a nice table and cushioned chairs. There is a community pool, billiard room, gym and a beautiful lake on the grounds. All of these are available to the renters. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.
