Great Location

Great location and wonderful stay. The only reason it wasn’t a perfect stay is that the pool was being updated during our stay and the only option for parking is through valet and unfortunately lost our keys for a few hours. Other than that the hotel is beautiful and the location makes it easy to get around.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing especially Carl. He did all he could to accommodate us from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. The room was spacious and clean. Wish we could have stayed longer than only one night. Will definitely be staying there again when visiting Tampa.

They get your money with Parking!

Be Very Very Careful before booking. It is one of the cheapest in the area. But they get there money back. They charge $48.50 a night for parking there. Which is only charged to the guests for overnight. That are already paying to stay there. You can park in there garage all day during the day if your working in the city for $20. But if your a paying customer its $48.50 added $250 to my stay just on parking. And the AC was set to 67 but wouldnt get the room any lower than 70. I will never stay here again.

Just stay somewhere else. The rooms are not cleaned regularly, and some even smell like sewage. They keep the air cold, so you don't notice the essence of mold and mildew. The "remodel" left bathroom with poor drainage, shower doors that don't close, and more mold than your home tile. I had booked a king bed with a view. When we checked in the attendant was friendly then made a comment about me booking on Expedia. Then continued to say that there was no more king bed rooms and gave us two queen beds with no view.

Tampa weekend

Comfortable stay, great bedding, clean...only thing, they ran out if popcorn. It was in the lobby first night and thereafter, we were told they ran out 😞..
