Built in late 2021, this home features a huge open concept living room and kitchen with top-notch appliances, and a mother-in-law bed-bath downstairs. Upstairs, enjoy a massive master bedroom with closet, bathroom with large soaker tub and dual showerhead shower, plus 3 other bedrooms and a bonus office room. Property is pet friendly. Two car garage with EV charging capability. A couple blocks away from the walking/biking Bayshore path, or in the opposite direction, a brand new Publix grocery store and Target complex. Hop on the Gandy Blvd and arrive to the closest beach 5 minutes away, or drive a little further to St. Pete or Clearwater.
