Parking was a nightmare, someone’s car was missplaced and I was afraid to leave my car with the attendant. We asked several times for linens and they were never delivered. Staff was not accommodating or helpful. The room was not very clean and not as advertised. Overall very disappointing. Would not stay there again.

I booked a suite and the a/c in the living room wasn’t working. The engineer came up, looked at it said he needed to talk to his manager and never came back. So we just watched tv in the bedroom where the a/c was working

The staff are excellent from the valet staff to the front desk staff. All were excellent! The hotel is downtown so outside noise can be loud on the weekends. Hallway carpets need replacing on the 5th floor if they cannot. R cleaned. Otherwise staff made the stay pleasant.

Disappointed that I needed to purchase Starbucks coffee in the lobby after paying a large amount for the room . Feel there should be a choice in the lobby - complimentary and purchase Starbucks . The powdered creamer in the room is poor quality.

This property was not what I would expect from a Marriot hotel. When first checking in, we were given a hard time about being in an accessibility room. This had been the room we were assigned online when booking at the best rate. We had no problem and willingly accepted a different room, but the room we were given smelled of marijuana. When we returned to the hotel lobby to ask for a different room. No apologies were given and we were placed in a room on the first floor next to the elevator with lots of road noise. This room had paint patches on the walls and a blackout curtain that was falling down. In the morning we called ahead for our car in valet with plenty of time to meet our schedule. The car was outside when we arrived but no one was there to get us our keys for several minutes. It was a disappointing stay for a Marriot.

Ignore me at the front desk

Well. When I came into check, the front desk clerk, a man, did even acknowledge me. Then another clerk appeared from the back and asked me if I had been helped. The other clerk said, "She is waiting for her husband." How do you know dude???? You never asked me!!!! Don't always assume that the man is in charge of everything. I t made me mad!!!

Great hotel centrally located to downtown shops and restaurants. You can easily walk to just about everything. Will stay here again.

Nope!

Not recommended. Staff worker came into the room unannounced. Glad I could stop her before she got in too far. Not sure why she was even there. Overall, staff seemed lazy and uncaring about customers. Pool looked dirty. Toilet wouldn’t stop running and TV remote didn’t work properly.
