I paid EXTRA for an OCEAN view. I booked while traveling and trusting Expedia and not thinking twice. I check in really late and didnt think about the area. When I up, i remembered I PAID for an ocean view and opened the curtains. To a concrete jungle. Still not looking at the map, I sais something to the hotel. I was told to look at the map, this hotel is an hr from the ocean. I also paid extra for breakfast, that I didn’t get. When I contacted Expedia, I got a 60 credit. That really doesnt make up for the false advertising. Dont use Expedia, they do not care about you.

Worst mariott! Don’t stay here. My room had thermostat display not working. So we have to guess what temp is being set. Out of only 2 elevators they have, 1 was not working. They have some maintenance going on and entire building vibrates early morning at around 6am for full 1-2 hours. Non existent service. I was told someone will come to fix the thermostat but no one ever came. They don’t have breakfast. Just a bistro where breakfast is available for purchase. Also, their parking lot is very tiny. You need to park very far away from hotel. Definitely an overrated property for the price you pay.
