Overall was ok but needed the yard to be done because there is mosquitoes and laundry room was a mess plus rugs on the bathroom floor dirty the outside of the house Al around need a update

Cheap... Broken...

The hot tub was broken as well as the coffee table and sofa. The sofa was a cheap IKEA sofa to begin with but had been repaired with a couple of unfinished boards. The cheap get even cheaper... The 2 towels that were provided were the cheapest towels I have ever seen. The bed sheets were also cheap and awful. There was no comforter or anything to make the bed look appealing at all. Just cheap sheets. There were no pots and pans in the place at all and the silverware looked like it was out of a childs playset. The TV had no way to control the volume... so we couldn't even use the TV! The bedroom has so many electronics plugged in, it made me wonder what was the need for so many? A router and modem I understand, but more than that brings up questions. The number provided was useless as noone was available. We tried to communicate through the hotels.com system and even that didn't get a response. The 'owner' was there when we were leaving and I tried to explain the issues and she did not seem to get it. Completely useless. Completely unacceptable when paying as much as this was to be as cheap and in disarray with zero communication. Avoid this place!

Property didn’t look like pictures one small bedroom outdated & dirty pull out couch empty jacuzzi and then was filled with cold chlorine water that wasn’t safe. No washer or dryer access. Small house that had a weird smell wasn’t very happy & mostly disappointed. Didn’t hear back from property manager other than I hope you’ve enjoyed your stay. & checkout times. Overall left after the first night to spend another pretty penny for 3 days at a hotel. Property needs new appliances & also better communication. Maybe even a partial reimbursement if owner cares and is compassionate. Single mom of 2 kids so it wasn’t a good vacation home for them.

I loved the colors and the set up was cute. I didn’t like that the jacuzzi string lights didn’t work, I had to add water to it which then made it too chilly to relax in, the WiFi didn’t work, and the couch bed was too hard to get out.
