Dirty! Hair and dirt everywhere. The entire room was definitely given a horrible “new management paint job. Extremely low water pressure and the tub handle was not secure. Black mold on the shower curtain.

Total Rip Off

I spent nearly $500 for 3 nights, NO Shuttle service to Raymond James Stadium ! I had to walk 1.5 Miles to the Venue or Uber there ! Outside my window was Loads of Trash and old bed mattresses dumped on the ground, half of the hotel was closed down, the pool was Closed by 10 pm ! And to Top it all off they Ripped me off for my $100 Deposit !! I did ZERO damage to my room ! If your looking for a Vacation in Tampa , DO NOT STAY HERE !

Stayed for an overnight for a nearby concert. Room was convenient and economical. The hotel lobby and staff were fine, but the bathroom needs work - toilet had to be manually filled to flush it, fixtures old and in need of repair.

Stay away! Thieves!

Our stay was a disaster. Starting with being given a room that was completely different from the one I booked. There was a rat in our room. Roaches in our room. It was a disgusting place full of prostitution and drugs. 12 days later and I still have not received my deposit back. Unacceptable. The hotel should be leveled.

If you are looking for an average or above average hotel, this is not it. The room was dirty. There was mold on the ceiling and all over the bathroom. The flooring was coming up. The entire hotel smells like weed. We reserved a king room but, only got a queen room. There was no one around to help us make the change after we checked into our room For $179, this was a terrible deal.

Hoping they get reno's finished

This hotel was fine for what we needed it for. The beds were clean and surprisingly comfortable, IMO, the bathroom however... that was kind of nasty. The walls were chipping plaster, the shower was kind of gross...towels were CLEAN, so that was a plus. You can tell they are working on the hotel...there was a lot of "janky" things that looked rigged to hold up temporarily, so HOPEFULLY they will complete it soon. When you looked out our window, you can see ALLLLL the trash they are throwing out. With all of the containers in the parking lot - they REALLY should have put the trash in one of those, not outside the first floor windows...that was sketchy. All in all, like I say, it served our purpose... but it does need help. The photo on the left here, is NOT from this property, THAT is for sure...lol

There was black mold around windows, parts of ceiling. Toilet only worked if I took tank top off and manually lift float inside and that was after the staff said he fixed it. Wet towel all ver floor in area of breakfast which was right outside our room. Ran out of food at breakfast except bread and fruit loops. Tub was disgusting, ceiling over tub and around toilet.
