We contacted the property manager to let them know that we had left by accident.some wedding gift bags that had cash in it, gifts and some sentimental items within 3 to 4 hours after we checked out and we had very little contact if anything from the vrbo host, we had to actually call vrbo customerservice, and try to find somebody that could help us trace back to a contact because the property manager was not responding in a timely manner. Once we finally did reach somebody through the actual vrbo company, we were assured that whatever had been left behind would be kept safe and locked up so we could receive it back, and then when we came to pick it up, we were completely wiped out of all gift cards.and cash that were inside our gift bags snd individualcards.So no I would not recommend this particular property because they hire thiefs. Only one maid ckeaned the property and yet we were cleaned out. UNBELIEVABLE. YES, IT IS ADVISED THAT YOU GATHER ALL OF YOUR THINGS.WHEN CHECKING OUT BUT LOTS OF PEOPLE LEAVE THINGS BEHIND, AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TRUST THE PLACE THAT YOU SPENT MONEY ON THAT THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF YOUR THINGS.JUST LIKE THEY EXPECT YOU TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR PROPERTY.
