The television was broken - not all of the lights worked. I asked for another room but I was told there was not one. Had to leave in an Uber for another hotel. I was assured that the booking would be refunded - Did I get the $$ I pd refunded!!!!! Have used Hotels.com in the past - am dealing with the Hotel Brand directly - I want my $$ refunded!!!!

Exactly what we needed for a quick overnight. Only complaint was the mattress had seen better days - clean but not very comfortable. Staff got us into a room early and were very pleasant. Breakfast was hot and had a good variety of options. The hotel is within walking distance of a walking path where we saw dolphins and all sorts of beautiful birds.

Room was a little well worn and not mich water pressure in the shower, which is nit picking really. Reasonably priced room, decent breakfast and comfy bed and pillows - no complaints.
