Location is ideal for anyone needing close access to the airport and car rental centre. The shuttle driver is very courteous and helpful. The property is clean and the staff are friendly and professional.

Avoid This Hotel: Safety Issues & Unauthorized Charges I typically leave positive reviews, but this is my first negative one—because it’s that important. The furniture in this hotel is unsafe, especially for families and those with mobility concerns. The ottomans have wheels, making them unstable. Mine rolled away with a slight bump, crashing into a mirror and cracking it. I reported it to the front desk, who assured me maintenance would check it out. No follow-up. The next day, I checked out and was told everything was fine. Then, a $537.28 charge appeared on my credit card without notice. After multiple calls, I finally spoke with Ahmed, the head of guest services, who said it was for the mirror replacement. Instead of resolving the issue, he offered to lower the charge to $250. I chose to dispute it. With so many hotels near Tampa Airport, avoid this one—terrible customer service and unnecessary hassle!

Great Property

Excellent property and in a great location. Not to far from international plaza where there is really nice restaurants to eat and sit out on the patio and even do a little shopping. Also less than 4 mins from the Tampa International Airport.

Chain smoking Guest beside Hot Tub

The only issue was a chain smoking (both cigarettes and weed) guest in the "non-smoking" area beside the hot tub, so could not use the hot tub. Need better signage. Otherwise everything else excellent.

Elevator was slow, the other elevator was out of service. Pool was dirty and it was full of bird poop all around. The walls are so thin I could hear the guests above us peeing. The windows haven’t been updated and you could hear the planes. The ac was working then all of a sudden it starts smelling like something is burning so I turned it off. There were kids in room next to us running down the hall, slamming doors, yelling and I waited over an hour until I finally called the front desk. At this point it almost midnight and we had to be up by 5:30am to catch a flight.
