House keeping service was terrible. I have been in many Home2 Suite by Hilton and had wonderful experience. This was definitely an exception. Breakfast was ok not great, warm but no variation. Front desk stuff was friendly and very helpful. Other i would rate this to 2.

The room was fantastic. Loved the small kitchen area and the size of the room. The breakfast had many options, and the food was good. My only complaint was the hot water. The shower never got above luke warm. We were there two nights and both mornings we had cool showers.

Our flight was significantly delayed and we communicated with the hotel and they were very supportive. By the time we got there it was 1am and Tyrone was wonderful. Great hotel clean and super close to airport

This was my husband’s and I first time staying in Tampa overnight as we live in Orlando. We came in for a graduation at USF. Amazing service, incredible breakfast and impeccable cleanliness. We have traveled the world and this hotel was one of the best. And we didn’t even know it was in our own backyard! I was overly impressed at how simple the breakfast was but yet it was so delicious with quality foods and a massive variety. We will only stay at this home2 suites when we come back to Tampa!
