The Front Dest - Kimberly was very helpful and accommodating. The check in was very easy unlike our previous stay at a different location. The house keeping person went above and beyond making our room clean and comfortable. This excellent experience will keep us coming back for future stays.

Check in was bizarre. They seemed to have an issue with me using expedia. I was told "if you booked directly with us this wouldnt be a problem". They did comp some of the parking fee which was not mentioned on the Expedia booking.

Was here for my childs surgery, the room was clean, the 1st shower didnt make a bath and the water kept leaking. Ice machine didnt work but i was able to get ice for my daughters ice pack downstairs. When i checked out i was informed of a $12 parking fee per day which i wasnt told about when i arrived.
