Excellent 3 day stay.

From arrival and throughout our stay Noah was exceptional at checking in with us to make sure everything was going well. Beautiful room and facility. Live music at the pool area was a nice bonus. The beds and pillows were super comfy and having bottled water provided was a nice touch. Entire building was clean. Saw one small cockroach - don’t like that, but know it’s common anywhere like Florida. Only one elevator was only a very minor inconvenience. We never waited more than a minute or two. Overall a great experience. Would recommend and stay here again next time in Tampa.

We had a near impossible time using the shuttle to get to the hotel. The entire process took almost 90 minutes as we were told different things by multiple team members such as shuttle pick up location and when the shuttle was en route. When we finally got picked up the driver said the van had mechanical issues which caused the delay. If that is true, we would have saved our time and taken a ride share service. Very unfortunate way to start our weekend. The check in person upon arrive lacked manners and enthusiasm. Everyone we encountered for the remainder of the weekend were great. The elevators were broken which was a huge issue and cause long delays. There was only 1 operating lift that used a ring doorbell to communicate. Not great.

This property is very convenient to the airport which is a plus. The rooms are fine, the beds and pillows average. For the most part it was very quiet. They are having elevator issues which we understand have gone on for at least 6 months. Only one is operating until our last day when it was down too, causing us to carry our luggage down 6 flights of stairs. We also had an issue of being skipped for housekeeping one day. We had to contact the front desk 3 times before our concern was addressed. They did resolve the issue by offering fresh towels and a free breakfast. All in all this property is fine for the cost, which is reasonable and its convenience to the airport and highway

Would stay again, issue with elevators as they are waiting on parts so only 1 is operating.

Only one small working elevator for entire hotel. Had to wait long periods each time. Person was running elevator . Rooms very basic and lighting limited and dim, especially in the bathroom. Only positive was the young girl at check in was friendly!

This is a great hotel. Only one Elevator working in the hotel so that was the only negative.

I love the resort style design of this property. Our pool side suite was spacious and conveniently located near the pool and outside amenities. The coffee bar in the morning was convenient and we also enjoyed drinks and food from the poolside bar. My husband and I were in town for Spring Training and found this hotel to be a perfect location to hit the beach, visit Historic Ybor and catch a Yankee Spring Training Game.
