Staff was very accommodating. Hotel atmosphere was great. Location perfect for visit to Ybor City. During three day stay, we left car in hotel garage and used Ubers. Breakfast cafe can get backed up.

There was a woman screaming in the hallway at 1am, like a blood curdling scream. We did try to sleep after that but couldn’t. We ended up deciding to just get up at 5am and check out early. It was pretty scary. when we asked the staff about it they said everything was fine. Such a wild experience. Room was nice and spacious but doubtful Id stay here again. plenty of bars and shopping nearby and its 7 minutes from the cruise ports.
