Overall, it was a decent experience. The property itself was well-maintained and conveniently located very close to the airport, which was a huge plus for us.
However, upon arrival, we found that one of the couch beds had not been cleaned at all. It seemed like it may have been an oversight from someone new on the cleaning staff. Fortunately, when we brought this to the hotel’s attention, the staff was very apologetic and promptly took care of the issue. Additionally, there may have been some dampness in the carpet, though it wasn’t a major problem for us.
Despite the initial hiccup, the rest of our stay was comfortable, and the staff was courteous and responsive. If attention to detail in housekeeping improves, this would be an even better stay.
