I have stayed at this property often in past few years, but this last time, room I had was very musty. Would benefit in replacing or removing carpet. Would also be great having a kpod coffee maker. Breakfast always great. Helpful staff. Friendy Valet the Best!!

Not the typical Hyatt experience. This is partly due to the number of guests with children. As a result the pool was over capacity and frankly dirty. The pool experience was not relaxing or enjoyable for us. The breakfast buffet was quite a mess although the staff truly put on an epic effort to keep it clean and stocked.

Nice Hotel. Great Location!

The hotel was nice. We weren’t in there much, but it was in a fantastic location and way cheaper than the hotels right on the river walk. When we first got there, we were pleasantly surprised that we could check in early! Points for that right off the bat! The front desk staff was… ok. Some of them were very nice, but the lady that checked us out was very rude and that left a bad taste in my mouth. They also seemed weirdly uninformed about the area. Seemed like every question we had about touristy stuff they had to look up online and gave us printouts of things we already found ourselves online… but they tried. The included breakfast was always cold, but didn’t taste bad. The coffee was good and they always had the water with all the fruit in it which I loved because it was HOT every day we were there. Our shower made this terrible noise whenever the hot water was on, but it was manageable. The beds were uncomfortable. However, the room was clean! Housekeeping was super nice. The hallways were quiet even though we were on the floor with the pool and a lot of foot traffic. Elevators came quickly. Bar staff was very friendly. Overall, even with the negatives I put in here, I would stay again. I still just wish the front desk staff was a little nicer and more knowledgeable though!
