The room smelled terrible. The bed was extremely hard. There was an obviously missing picture from the wall with hardware exposed. The bathroom door was broken on the inside. There was a cockroach crawling up the wall by the sink. The hallways and elevator carpets were dirty. The staff didnt greet us as we came and went, seems anyone could have been on the property without notice.

Wasn’t given clean towels , when asked for some I was refused and told I’ll get them when room service comes around …… after I check out. Left dirty and extremely upset. Then when I asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience I was denied. Terrible establishment. I will never book there ever again.

The room was clean. The tv didnt work. When I went down to the lobby. They said they would send someone up no one never showed. I went down to the lobby 4 times. The front desk person said he would switch our room. Then he left for the night and another front desk person was on shift. She informed us that the maintenance man been left and they are fully booked so it was impossible to switch rooms. The guy could of just told us. We had packed all our stuff back up. This was very inconvenient and preventable. us.

I think I’ve been scammed. We stayed there for the tournament last year and it was fine. This year we were asked for a deposit which didn’t happen last year. They’ve assured me it was refunded but a week later it has not shown up in my bank account. After three calls and no action I’m going to have to fight the charge through my bank. So don’t agree to a room deposit it’s a scam. They just want to wear you down until they get another $100 out of you for a crap stay.
