Overall the service was subpar.. they should work on better process improvements for the facility. They did not have any water in the rooms or breakfast. to drink water you had to get it from the ice machine or buy your own ….check in was long and tedious even after checking in online…Not a great experience, however the room was clean and it was close to the event I was attending.. for a last min hotel it’s not horrible.. but if you have time to look for a better option… you should.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The one thing that we had issue with was that the elevator was out of date for inspection by 4 months. It was not running smoothly, either. We would pray that we would not get stuck in there each time we had to use it. Other than that, our stay was good.
