Are you looking for a unique Tampa getaway? This gorgeous, South Tampa pool home is the perfect spot for an unforgettable time. Spend your days by the beautiful mini pool with a bar, relaxing and grilling. It is centrally located in South Tampa to everything, within a few minutes to restaurants on the water and just 10 minutes from Downtown Tampa. Stunning beaches are within a 30-40 minute drive. You are sure to have an amazing time in this beautiful home.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.

-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (6 Max).

-- No more than 4 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway / on street.

-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Please pick up all pet wastes from the yard and dispose.

-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.

-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock the doors when you leave the home.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.

Charming home conveniently located

We enjoyed our stay and found the house to be charming, very clean and comfortable with nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and conveniently located for Tampa area activities.

Complete waste of money

Pics are deceiving ! The house was out dated. The swimming pool was fallinf apart. The furniture except beds were disgusting. The dishes, flooors and counters were dirty. The pool area was covered in massive amounts of spiders and webs. We had to clean for 2 hours to be able to function without being grossed out. The beds were new and fresh. The ceilings in the one room my neice asked if it was blood on the ceiling. The door did not work after the first day i did not bother reaching out because the back door does not lock so we used that. I was extremely disappointed. This site will not let me post photos and is making me revise my real review

Great Place!

The home was a very nice stay. We went to a concert at Amalie Arena and the house was a 15 minute drive there and 10 minutes back. The home was clean. The pool was up capped and all the rooms were nice. We had six adults (3 couples) and we fit perfect. would definitely stay again.

Not very clean…

The cleanliness of this house was a level 2 out of a 10. The couch and the rug located in the living room looked liked it was picked up from the side of the road. They were dirty and stained. The sheets on the bed had hair on them. The counters had crumbs all over it. Dishes were dirty. We were afraid to use the pool because the tiles along the perimeter of the pool were falling off. Some of the cabinet doors were falling off. We felt like this house needed a little TLS.
