Fixer upper…

Clean but needs better toilets and roaches at night. Also need to fix their sliding doors because they don’t stay lock without putting down the barrier and the floor board needs fixing.

I have video proof of an employee, who was masked up, using a crow bar, circular saw tool, and a screwdriver...He had the same hoodie on as the guy who checked me in yesterday. They gave me some b.s about needing to print my debit and i.d info because customers "love" to dispute transactions. I have all of it on video- the crowbar, the employees telling me their managers needed my info to be printed and left on their desk.

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I’ve Ever Had We didn’t even stay for more than 2 hours — that’s how bad it was. The room was infested with bugs and cockroaches. The floors were filthy, the bed and pillows were stained and clearly not cleaned, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Nobody was available to help or take responsibility. We left after just two hours, and despite emailing the manager with photos and clear evidence of the conditions, we never received any response — not even an apology, let alone a refund. There is zero accountability, zero customer service, and clearly no standards for cleanliness or hospitality.

Appalling

I was appalled and stayed a total of 30 minutes. The room did not feel safe. Indigent people milled about in the stairwell, sat on the curb in the parking lot or on the stairs. The door to the stairwell wedged open with a broken Wet Floor sign. I removed it so the door would shut but I did not feel safe leaving my car in the parking lot. A rusted van was parked a few cars from me and my car rental appeared to be the nicest car in the lot and it was a small 4cyclinder. There was no comforter or quilt on the bed. The furniture was ripped and torn. I had 1 towel set for 2 people and I saw a homeless guy get dropped off in an 18-wheeler that was being towed. Very seedy and run down. The hallway and the room smelled like garbage and cleaning fluids. Trash was piled up in the stairwell. I could not get the heat to work in the room. I could not leave the hotel fast enough. I asked for my money back but was denied at the front desk, so I've complained to corporate and it looks like we might be working towards a resolution. I will change my review if and only if corporate does the right thing and refunds me my money

Creepy out-of-date hallway smelled of garbage and formaldehyde. Smelled as if a crime scene had just been cleaned up.
Could not get the heat to work in the room and the front desk did not know how to work it. I was told that I would need to wait until maintenance was in the next day.

The worst service ever, all blankets and sheets were dirty and itchy. No one was there to support or help us when we tried to complain. Daryll was busy in FaceTiming and not willing or interested in helping us. He was rude to us when we tried to ask him to assist on our booking cancellation. It was an horrible experience for us to stay in this hotel.

Worst motel ever, never come back! More than $100/night to end up with a terrible place, just name a few: Smelly room (almost have to wear mask to sleep), loudly noisy in early morning, rusted in every stair case and inside room, dry blood like all over the shower curtain!!!

Internet and Other IT issues

Not particularly clean, and they had IT issues. I was there on business, and unloading/loading was smooth. However, I did not have internet service in my room. They said it was in the process of being resolved, but it was very inconvenient. Also, my key card didn't work on the first try, and they had to fix it at the front desk. This happened with multiple other guests too because everyone was complaining at the front counter.

The area is not bad, but the hotel was not very clean. My shower faucet was broken, running water all day. My bed sheets were dirty, I requested it them to change it. The carpet on the hallways very dirty, it smell dirty. I don’t recommend this hotel.

After getting there, I can tell Corporate doesn’t Control this property and just let them use the name. Got to my room, TV didn’t work. Tried to log in to use the Wi-Fi, that didn’t work also. Everyday I had to go to the front counter for them to turn my key card back on which was annoying. I left a day earlier then I was supposed to, at this point. I don’t care about wasting money for a unused day. On the plus side. I didn’t see any bugs.

My room was infested with roaches. I was in there for less than 5 minutes. I did a walk through and walked right back up to the front office for a refund. Bathroom, bed and floors were covered in roach eggs and carcasses.
