Hang out for a movie night by watching on the 85" tv in the living room. All rooms have Netflix available. A variety of board games are included for rainy days. Enjoy the heated pool year-round or fish off the pier. Enjoy the sunset while hanging out around the pool. The Apollo Beach Golf course is within walking distance. Kayaks, Four bicycles, and a cornhole game are also included. Bring your boat for the perfect Apollo Beach Vacation.

There is absolutely no smoking in this house. Seven-day minimum lease. No Parties allowed. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway or they will be towed away.

Free heated pool, Free gas Grill, $75 additional hot tub cleaning fee. (we drain, clean, and refill between each guest).

Tropical Paradise

Michael and Eva are excellent hosts. Their home has everything you need when away from home. Tastefully decorated and comfy beds. Very clean and the kitchen is stocked. We enjoyed the bikes, the corn hole, and the pool is amazing! We also appreciated the beach equipment, including a beach wagon to carry everything. We plan on coming back!

Great location for bay access and fishing.

Immaculately clean, roomy, well supplied, beautiful pool and hottub, private dock on canal with direct access. We fished, relaxed, watched movies on huge HDTV, enjoyed floating in pool, kayaking on canal. Worth every cent!

This house has everything you need for your Florida vacations! Kayak, life vests, bicycles, and lovely pool, games etc. The house was immaculate and there was a ton of towels and pillows. The beds were superbly comfortable. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet. We can’t say enough nice things about this house!
