Pets:
House has just been remodeled with 20K just in floors. I am in the process of how to research to make the pet deposit refundable instead of $500 fee. As long as the pet doesn't have any accidents or chew anything. I wouldn't charge anything extra, unless it is a shedding animal, then$150 of it would be non refundable to properly clean the house in case the next visitor is allergic to remove all of the pet hair.
House has 2 doggie doors, one going out to the screened porch and a second going out to the yard. The yard is completely fenced in, even for small dogs.
