The Neighborhood:

Rocky Point is right on the Tampa Bay and pressed up against Downtown Tampa! Our immediate neighborhood is mostly hotels, small bars, restaurants, a rooftop bar, and some brunch spots. Just around the corner is the bridge over to St. Petersburg (and Clearwater). Right before the bridge, and about a 10-15 minute walk, is Whiskey Joes, a very popular and large indoor & outdoor beach bar and restaurant with live music and screens. Alongside the water is a large public beach with plenty of parking (trailers or campers NOT allowed).



EVERYTHING is very close by! There are 5 different restaurants very close to the resort, & public beaches, and a partnership with Instacart that enables them to quickly deliver DIRECTLY to your unit!

Please take note of the following important information to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:



• Rental Agreement & ID: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival. You will also need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age. This process is completed online.

• Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents during your stay. This is not insurance.

• Pest Control: The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to water, occasional pest sightings may occur. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional sightings.

• Florida Weather & Property Disclaimer: We cannot provide refunds, discounts, or compensation for circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, citywide power/internet outages, construction noise, or temporary amenity closures.

• Laundry Facilities: On-site coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the 3rd level, next to the elevator, and are open 24 hours. The price per load is $3 (subject to updates), accepting quarters and cards.

• Supplies: Initial towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days. Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. For stays of 5 nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability.

• Pack ’n Plays: Must be requested in advance at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

• Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and their return is requested, guests are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.



Interaction with Guests:

While guests enjoy complete privacy in their suite and full access to all resort amenities, the host is available remotely via message for any questions or assistance needed during your stay.
