The room was absolutely gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The location was incredible with so much withing just the few blocks around the hotel. The hotel itself was very quiet, but I could not sleep with the windows open because the nightlife on the syreets below was somewhat louf. However, with the window closed, I could not hear any noise at all. I look forward to staying again!

Awesome experience at Roost Tampa! Great room overlooking Water Street restaurants and shops. Full kitchen, Washer and Dryer in unit, Dishwasher, full set of plates, silverware, etc. Super cool "new" hip area of Downtown - walk to the arena for Hockey or concerts, or walk to the cruise ship area and the heart of downtown. Parking is less expensive than at other hotels in the area, and you can come and go in your car using your room key to enter the garage.
