The best location in Tampa. Checking in was a bit confusing, it could use some signage to explain parking, check in and where to go. Pretty loud in the rooms, but most people are staying there to go out late and have food and drinks. So wasn't a huge deal

Mixed Feelings

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in a studio, and have mixed feelings about the place. On the one hand, it's in a great location with, lots of dining choices and walkable to a lot of other things; the place was super clean, both inside the unit and in the common areas; the bathroom was big; and, the kitchenette was very useful. However - (a) the bed was so miserably uncomfortable that we both hated sleeping there; (b) the front desk staff was either stupendously friendly or cold and unhelpful,depending on the the person; (c) the building sits directly across from another building, so they (and you) can see everything that's going on in the room, and there are no curtains or sheers, just a blackout shade that made the room depressing; and (d) every morning there was a new pile or two of dog poo on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. I can't say that we hated the place, but I don't think we would ever stay here again and probably would not recommend it.

Great location in central Tampa, lots of dining and activity options nearby. Room is small, with few seating options but is packed with practical amenities. Large bathroom, and full-sized washer/dryer. Inconvenient check-in due to no dedicated parking at entrance. Checking in generally requires parking in median, getting key card, and pulling around building to park in garage, $30 per day parking fee. No luggage carts available in garage, requiring multiple trips. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean, safe, and secure.
