At check-in they asked if we wanted to upgrade to a jet king room. We did upgrade, but the room was terrible in the corner next to the door out to the pool (I guess that’s why they call it jet king). Room faced the alley very noisy couldn’t see out the windows at all frosted. People in the hall going out to the pool area all night! This was to celebrate our 46 wedding anniversary and it was a terrible experience. I paid $100.00 extra for a terrible room! Stayed at other Hard Rock Casinos and they were great.

Bed wasn’t comfortable at all… restaurant staff was okay. Some of the reward counter clerk was helpful but overall floor staff including casino bartender services weren’t that great….not very welcoming vibes. Kinda stand off ish… very overpriced for not so great service and room. Pool was smaller than expected. I will stay somewhere for that price.
