Inside, unwind in a clean, cozy living room with a Smart TV, cook in the full kitchen with cooking basics, and get work done at a dedicated desk with fast Wi-Fi. Central A/C, crisp linens, self check-in, and on-site parking make arrivals easy and stays stress-free. A comfortable, reliable home base for travelers who want a simple, secure place to relax and recharge.

You’ll have exclusive use of the main house and self-check-in. Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles is available on the main driveway—please keep the entrance/drive lane clear so other vehicles can access the separate residence and parking area on the left side (when facing the house). The left-side section is closed off for a long-term tenant; no guest access to that area or the parking spot directly in front of it. You’re welcome to use the exterior dining area during your stay.

The home is located in an under-resourced, working-class neighborhood. You may see boarded-up homes, properties under construction, and active foot traffic at most hours. I don’t control conditions outside the listing—this includes street activity, construction, and neighbors—so please review the map, photos, and details carefully to be sure the location fits your comfort level before booking. Inside, you’ll find a clean, comfortable, and secure space. As with any city stay, please lock doors/windows and park only in the designated spots.

-No Smoking inside the property or near open doorways.

-Upon availability, early check-ins and late check-outs are charged at $50/hour, with early check-ins by 12 (noon) and late check-outs by 12 (noon). Unexpected Late Check-Outs are set at $100/hour.

-Help us keep VERMINS out by keeping doors closed.

-The Internet must remain connected. We have various (non-recording) smart home devices (i.e., Smart Door Locks) to facilitate remote services via the internet (i.e., updating your entry code to allow early check-in). Please do not disconnect any of our smart home devices. There is a $200 Device Reconnection fee for each disconnected device.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS: Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Our quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am.

We encourage guests to report any issues promptly. When a guest encounters an issue, we ask that they:

1. Communicate with our team — we are a dedicated team and will respond quickly to address any issue.

2. Document the issue using the agency message thread, photos, or other verifiable means.

Host Inspection and Confirmation

To ensure accurate resolution, our team must be given the opportunity to inspect, confirm, and address any reported issue. Due to the prevalence of today’s powerful media manipulation tools, all issues must be verified by our team before action is taken. Any unconfirmed issues that are not presented in a manner allowing us to inspect or resolve will be considered invalid.

Important Note: If an inspection determines that the reported issue is non-existent or not valid, guests may be held responsible for the inspection fee.
