The Space:

You step onto a quiet, palm‑shaded patio and feel the gentle Florida breeze as the sun warms the tiled floor. Inside, the open living space invites you to unwind on plush seating while the scent of fresh coffee drifts from the kitchen nook. A short walk brings you to a sparkling community pool framed by lush landscaping, perfect for a midday splash. At night, the soft glow of the clubhouse lounge offers a relaxed spot to share stories with family or friends.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each open onto a private full bathroom, giving every guest a comfortable retreat. The queen‑size beds provide ample space for a restful night, and the en‑suite bathrooms feature standard fixtures for convenience.



Living area & outdoor space

The spacious living room accommodates the whole family, with a large sofa and a TV for casual evenings. Adjacent to the living area, a small patio with outdoor seating for two invites you to enjoy a morning sunrise or an evening breeze. The dining area and breakfast nook create a cozy setting for meals together.

Parking & convenience

Three visitor parking spots are available on a first‑come, first‑served basis, clearly labeled for guests. A free washer and dryer in the unit keep your stay hassle‑free, and the 1st‑floor location adds ease of access.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
