The house is clean, modern and spacious and was exactly as pictured. The location is what we were looking for as it was close to my son's house. The house is approx 15 minutes away from downtown Tampa, so some driving is necessary to get to the sites and beaches. The weather was pretty chilly when we were there in January which is why I believe made it difficult to regulate the temperature inside the home. I was not able to adjust the temperature any lower than 70 degrees and because the outside temperature was colder than that, nothing kicked on, so it was a bit stuffy inside. It was a rare cold front, so this is probably a non-issue most of the year. There is some outside seating on the front porch for a couple of people, but would have enjoyed some seating in the fenced in backyard as well.

Very comfortable place on a quiet dead end street. Close to everything downtown Tampa. Downside…the water pressure in the kitchen was very low. Made it hard to clean dishes. There are no dressers to put your clothes in. Otherwise, lovely home.

This house was perfect for a 2 night stay with my husband and 24 and 21 year old kids. Everyone had their own room which made everyone happy. We went to Busch Gardens one day which was very close by. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and easily found a place for dinner.

Our rental was great! The house is exactly as it is pictured. The owners were very thoughtful with all of the things they had in the house. They had the perfect amount of beach supplies which saved us from having to buy anything for the beach. The home is spacious and the neighborhood is very cute. We went to the coffee shop across the street. Delicious and we also went to a near by Cuban restaurant. So good. The home is conveniently located so getting around is easy. All in all a great trip.

Location is roughly 15 minutes from the stadium without highway travel so it’s easy to avoid traffic! Plenty to do nearby as well. About 15 minutes from TPA. The house was beautiful. Very clean, and the host were more than responsive to questions! 10/10 stay, would recommend!

We got to Tampa on the day Hurricane Helene hit. We decided to stay in Orlando for a few days then come back to Tampa. Although we only spent 1 of our 4 nights here, our stay was amazing. Everything was clean, the beds felt amazing, and I can’t say enough about the primary bathroom. When we decide to come back, we won’t hesitate to book here again.

What a great stay!!

We travelled to Tampa to see our daughter who is attending USF and join friends at the football game. Everything at the house was wonderful. We met a neighbor and felt totally at home.
