The room needs updating. The shower is difficult to manage. Wastes a lot of water. Floor was a little dirty. Loved the beds and 5 cup coffee maker. Heater did not work. They immediately brought us space heater. Which worked fine. All the workers were friendly. Nice pool

The floors made my feet black. Ruined my white socks along with both of my kids. The shower didn’t drain and the toilet was clogged. I think they just change the sheets and leave. The odor when I walked in also was so strong. I believe it was some sort of chemical but it wasn’t pleasant. It obviously wasn’t used on the floor. I thought the bad reviews were just prissy people because there were some good reviews. Maybe it is all depending on the room you get. If you get a tile floor, just wear your shoes inside to be on the safe side. Wouldn’t stay here ever again.

The room was clean for the most part. There was thick dust all on picture frames, the tub wasn’t the cleanest or the shower. The view from the porch was beautiful but no smoking. That’s a main reason I won’t be back. There’s no area to relax outside so it didn’t make sense

ONLY POSITIVES-The pool area was decent & the physical location was accessible for dining, movie theatre etc. Despite requesting a bathroom w/o antiquated blue porcelain, we were given a room with a blue bathtub. The furniture was shoddy and old. The heater in the room didn’t work-we were given a space heater, there were no hangers, the floor was dirty, and there was a damp, persistently unpleasant odor. The bathroom toilet didn’t flush properly and there was no exhaust fan. The front desk staff never offered us the option to move rooms. I would never recommend this property. I thought I could trust Expedia however, that proved wrong. The minuses were too extensive and impacted what could have been a pleasant stay in the Tampa area.
