We paid for a Bay View Room, and we got a room with a view of cement and a tank. We asked to change room, and we got a better view in a handicap accesible room. The curtain was not coming up, and the shower was not working. We had to ask to fix these issues, and only the shower issue was fixed. We needed a crib for a 20-month-old child, and they did not have any, so my child had to sleep on a blanket on the floor. Therefore, we had to ask for an extra blanket, and we had to wait half an hour to get one. We were already asleep with a towel to cover up.

The stay was beautiful! Very quiet, clean & the people downstairs were so kind & nice. All the way to the front desk, the bar; the pool & both restaurants. The view was beautiful. I would absolutely stay there again.
