My bathtub had a clog. I reported it to the front front desk who said they’d take care of it, but they never did. Wasn’t the end of the world standing in an inch of water while I showered, but annoying they didn’t fix it. I was only there 3 nights so not a big deal.

Hotel stay was just ok. The hotel can use major uplift. Lobby furniture was very dirty in some areas. Lobby and rooms smelled old and not fresh. Customer service was great. Had to ask for room service twice on a six day stay. All and all very convenient for airport and downtown Tampa area.

I was a little concerned after reading reviews, but that was before I decided to give it a try… The location is perfect. They had an airport shuttle that ran every half an hour.. we needed an early check-in, which was no problem. The room was clean. The AC worked fine no issues at all. Thank you.

Staff was remarkable but the property is very neglected and needing attention. All ice machines broken and tub and sick wouldn’t drain. Restaurant had broken oven beer and drinks warm the list goes on.

Conveniently located, room was clean, no cold water just warm to really hot, the shower handle was a little weird to turn on, but overall it was ok. Bed was great and comfortable.
