This hotel is highly overrated, and overpriced! My wife and I original flight was canceled and we needed just 1 night stay over for our flight in the morning. She checked us into what she thought was a very nice hotel. When I say “nice,” my kind of nice is: microwave, refrigerator, small kitchen area, AC!, etc.. For $226 a night, we should had NO complaints whatsoever. The room we checked into had NO working AC! It’s the kind of room where the hotel has “set the temperature” and the guest has no access to lowering the temperature. So it was set to “Fan on permanent 65 degrees.” We were so hot (room temperature was 74F) I had no choice but to request another room and same situation. I said forget it. I had a much better stay at the resort we were in for nearly the same cost! All the amenities and more. When I asked for another room, the hotel representative didn’t say anything but hand me another key! No “I’m sorry” or “we apologize” nothing! Never again at this place!
