It`s the perfect location with this waterfront resort suite balcony it`s your sanctuary for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. Enjoy a glass of wine or coffee in the balcony while getting a fresh breeze from the bay. Watch the beautiful sunset and sunrise, and you just might get lucky and see the dolphins. You will also see the heated pool, and the well-known whiskey Joe`s beach bar, and Ben T Davis Beach.

In this suite you will find a mounted wine bar that includes an LED mood lighting with remote control to change to your color preference. This unit was remodeled and updated with modern decor. It includes wifi, cable, a queen size bed with memory form mattress, and a sofa bed with a full size gel memory form mattress. Bedding linens and pillows are kept in a secure clear bag to preserve cleanliness and sanitized. In addition to cable TV channels we added 4K Fire stick to both TVs (in the living room and the bedroom) all you have to do is log into your Amazon account and you will then see the Netflix app. We also thought that it would be great to provide you with a personal assistant during your stay, you will meet Alexa in the living room. You can ask Alexa for the weather, to play music for you, order pizza, or ask how’s the traffic to the airport and much more.

The door features a smart lock that alerts you when the door is closed. Your personal code will be issued just prior to your arrival and will allow you to check in at your convenience.

This private suite includes a 24 hr security guard, 24/7 front desk with convenient store, a business/travel center, meeting room is available upon request. It has a heated bayside pool with a restaurant called Big Bamboo Bayside for food and drinks daily from 8:30am to 10pm you can also request with room service.

The facility also includes a large sun deck, fishing pier, tiki huts, fire pit, outdoor grills and fitness center. A full sized beach volleyball court. Private parking garage in premises.
