They are under staffed. Staff was rude and disrespectful! And don’t book with them in advance through another 3rd party agent where u may show up after paying to be told they have no available rooms! Then be left in car with your child and wife in 40 degree weather because the room booked was only money on us while waiting on check to clear!

When we arrived there was someone spray painting their car in the parking lot. Lots of trash on the ground. The hallway had stains all over the carpets & it reeked of weed & cigarette smoke. You could hear babies crying & dogs barking. The room was clean, but there were stains on the towels. Staff was friendly, but it was not a great experience. Would not recommend.

We were on the first floor, which smelled like someone was actively dying. The room above us had a family that was letting their kids run around the floor like crazy and you could hear every single step made by anyone. The roaches started coming out on the first night. They were tiny and everywhere. The staff was nice, but the room smelled since the hallway smelled. The blankets smelled like they were simply remade on the bed and not fresh at all. Definitely would not come back here.
