Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The property is very old and not well maintained. It feels dirty, unsafe. Inside the room, there is no tissue paper, no toilet paper, no kettle, no drinking water. And the hotel is very remote with no nearby eatery, cafe, transport. Highly inconvenient. And worse of all, I was asked to pay for the room when payment is already made to Expedia. It wasted my time and at the end need to rush for my late appointment.
