The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for cooked-to-order breakfast: approximately JPY 990 to 1320 for adults and JPY 990 to 1320 for children
• Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Pool fee: JPY 1650 per day
• Hosted evening meal: JPY 2800

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business or profession. This property has outdoor spaces, such as balconies, patios and terraces, which may not be suitable for children. If you have any concerns, we recommend contacting the property prior to your arrival to confirm that they can accommodate you in a suitable room. Minimum Spring Break check-in age is 16 years old. This property accepts cash. This property uses a grey water recycling system.

• The seasonal pool will open in May and close in September.
• Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Reservations are needed for golf tee times and private bath/onsen. For reservations, contact the ranch before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Children aged 5 years old and younger stay free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• As required by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, all international visitors must submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels etc). Also, it's required that lodging proprietors photocopy the passports of all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the on-site public bathing facilities.
