I enjoyed my stay in the apartment. The staff were really friendly and helpful especially Hamid and Mohssin. The apartment was located in a good part of the town. Very nice breakfast in the cafe next door. The only one thing was the mattress was hard to sleep on so I had to use some blankets to soften it but it was then OK and I slept well.

KATASTROPHE! Der Patron lässt sein eigenes Personal im Stich, das dadurch bei Problemen dem Gast nicht helfen darf! Es hat keine Heizung, Heizgeräte genügen bei 2° Aussentemperatur auch nicht. Wenn man überhaupt eins kriegt ist man bereits auf der glücklichen Seite. Zu wenig Badetücher. Toilette/Dusche defekt, Toilettenwasser überschwemmt den Boden. Keine Bereitschaft wenigstens mehr Tücher oder Lappen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Bei unserem Stromausfall wurde uns nicht geholfen, haben den Sicherungskasten selber gefunden und Strom wieder aktiviert. Der Patron wollte diese Info nicht mal seinem Personal erklären! Traf mitten in der Nacht dann doch noch ein, um unsäglich arrogant aufzutreten und zu lügen! Als wir um 1 Uhr nachts endlich schlafen wollten, klopft es 1h später an der Tür, der Typ wollte doch tatsächlich weiter ausrufen obwohl er wusste, dass wir sehr früh austehen musdten. Sein Personal ist ok, er lässt sie trotzdem für 6 Euro für 14h oder mehr schuften. Ganz miese Unterkunft, unbedingt meiden! Und das Frühstück ist grottenschlecht!

Hôtel introuvable même avec le gps personne n à pu nous renseigner pour nous guider hôtel inconnu pour les habitants de Chefchaouen après 2 heures trente de recherches infructueuses obligé de louer ailleurs étant genius 2 sur booklng pour vous située la fréquence de location c est la première fois que cela m arrive très grosse colère et déception
