Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The worst hotel ever!!! So hard to find, when we came in the room was not ready, it had a lot of flies, then the stuff was super rude!! They dont know about service to people, the room had heating but when i asked about the control, they said that the owner had it, and that for the price i was paying what did i wanted!?? That they were doing me a favour accepting me through expedia, we didnt even have soap, the night was terrible freezing, and we asked for a taxi and in the morning we called in the reception and nobody came! Such a terrible experience.
