Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour globalement agrĂ©able, mais plusieurs Ă©lĂ©ments nous ont déçus. Lors de la rĂ©servation, la description de la chambre ne correspondait pas Ă  celle que nous avons eue : nous avions rĂ©servĂ© une chambre double standard, mais les Ă©quipements mentionnĂ©s semblaient appartenir Ă  un appartement, ce qui a crĂ©Ă© une confusion. La chambre en elle-mĂȘme Ă©tait propre et correcte malgrĂ© quelques petits dĂ©fauts (douchette cassĂ©e, porte de placard endommagĂ©e). Le vrai point fort de cet Ă©tablissement reste le personnel, toujours souriant, accueillant et professionnel. Les petits-dĂ©jeuners Ă©taient Ă©galement excellents, variĂ©s et copieux. Malheureusement, les deux derniĂšres nuits ont terni notre expĂ©rience. La premiĂšre, un mariage a eu lieu jusqu’à 1h30 du matin — bruyant mais comprĂ©hensible, nous Ă©tions en vacances. En revanche, la seconde nuit a Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement pĂ©nible : une autre fĂȘte s’est poursuivie jusqu’à 5h du matin avec un niveau sonore insupportable, surtout que notre chambre Ă©tait au premier Ă©tage. Nous n’avons reçu aucune information prĂ©alable Ă  ce sujet, ce qui aurait au moins permis de nous organiser ou de demander un changement de chambre. C’est dommage car ce manque d’anticipation et de communication a fortement impactĂ© la qualitĂ© de notre repos.
