The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help you. Noisy at night both from inside the hotel, guests, restaurant and live music and outside from street vendors. Decor was very nice and felt you were staying in a piece of history. The morning breakfast was excellent. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the “old” town, you get all walks of life in there.

The location is great. The lobby & lounge is groovy although in need of care. My actual room was a dump. Very small space that smelled like moth balls & mold. Everything was stained, worn out, frayed, cracked & crooked. The bathroom was unappealing. Also it was loud. I didn’t sleep at all and left first thing without breakfast.

Place is great. If you’re looking for a convenient spot to walk around the city then this is your place. Breakfast was good but good use cards to know what the food is! Absolute perfection that will ruin all other riads for you: beautiful decor, attentive friendly staff, excellent breakfast and truly palatial accommodations. I only wish we had spent more time here. we had the Sultan suite and I could have just stayed in our room and been satisfied. Look no further, book this now. Excellent medina location. When our driver from the ferry screwed up they reduced the fee and implemented procedural changes to prevent the mistake in the future. a smart friendly crew all around.
