Tucked into a wooded lot with a secluded feel, the chalet sits just minutes from some of the region's best — Hunter Mountain for skiing and snowboarding in winter, plus hiking trails, waterfalls, and scenic drives once the snow melts. Towns like Woodstock and Phoenicia are a short drive away when you're in the mood for local restaurants, indie shops, or live music. Bedroom 2 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, full-size futon, and twin trundle tucked beneath the bunk, making it a practical setup for kids or groups who don’t mind sharing. Bedroom 3 offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed, an additional queen bed, and a TV, giving everyone even more room to spread out. One full bathroom, one half bathroom, and a washer and dryer keep the layout convenient throughout the stay.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
