Near to airport via shuttle

The hotel itself was clean etc, I feel because there is no where to walk to a shop nearby we had to use their food service which is expensive - we would have liked at least a snack machine that had pot noodles etc in. The bakery only had a very small amount of bread and fancy expensive cake left. Next time I would take food with me to the hotel… Staff were lovely and extremely helpful

This is right by the airport. The breakfast buffet is delightful . The staff helpful. Had a 23 hour layover so stayed the night and checked out leaving our bass with the concierge. We were able to explore the city for about ten hours before heading to the airport with a quick two minute stop to retrieve our bags .

This was my second stay at this Novotel, now Hyatt on Jan 1, 2025. My first stay was fantastic that I wanted to have the second when I got a chance. But the second experience was not too great, due to remodeling. Dust and construction-related materials/odor. The room was comfortable and spacious. I had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, it provided a big variety of delicious food. The hotel is located next to the airport train station and close to the airport. The shuttle service was good. I wish my next stay would be as great as the first one, without dust and odor. In addition, not sure the practice of Hyatt would change the characteristics of its original Novotel. Sometimes, I feel Hyatt is more pretentious while Novotel is more practical. If my understanding were correct, I doubt I would return to the hotel.

Should have waited to rebrand once renovated. Rooms are old and musty smelling. Beds hard as granite. Poor to no sleep.
