The hotel was very convenient for transfer. It was clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was an airport hotel so we were not expecting massive entertainment in the area. All in all it lift up to our expectations and it was very clean.

Just a convenient hotel. Used to be Novotel. Old and outdated small rooms. Great staff and airport transport staff. But nothing else to it. Old, smelly, tiny, but the sheets and the bed were nice.

Excellent place to stay the night before an early flight. There is a buffet luncheon every day. The place is spotlessly clean and the staff was very helpful. There is a free airport shuttle.

Great hotel with shuttle to/from TPE. Excellent staff, gym and breakfast. Limited walking around hotel, but that's not the main purpose. Will stay again.
