The first bedroom on this level features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, and a direct exit to the swimming pool. An open kitchen is also situated on this floor, fully equipped for your convenience. A separate shower and WC complete the ground floor bathroom facilities. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms offer comfortable and private retreats. The first upper-floor bedroom includes 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and access to the terrace. The second upper-floor bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and WC, and also opens directly onto the terrace. Each of the 3 bedrooms benefits from individual air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout your time at the property.
