Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a charming Andalusian courtyard with semicircular arches and majestic columns. In the center, an impressive fountain adds serenity to the ambiance, while the courtyard distributes the rooms of the villa. From one of the entrances on the main floor, one enters a spacious hall that leads to a large living-dining room, characterized by its large windows and an imposing fireplace. The dining room connects directly to a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a laundry room and pantry. On this floor, you will also find a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, as well as a toilet under the staircase.
The upper floor, accessible from the main hall, houses two bedrooms. One with two single beds and the other with a double bed, both with en suite bathrooms and access to private terraces.
A separate apartment, accessible from the courtyard, offers two additional bedrooms. The first has a double bed, a cozy living room with access to the garden and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and another bathroom.
