Sueño del Mar is a magnificent villa with spectacular views. The villa was designed by award-winning Swiss architect Michele Rondelli.

As you enter through the main door, a breathtaking ocean view framed between the villa’s two “cubes” welcomes you. The villa’s layout was conceived as a “living cube” and a “sleeping cube.” From the entrance, turning left leads you into a 60-square-meter open-plan living and dining area, featuring stunning 6-meter-high windows. The Atlantic stretches endlessly to the horizon.

The open kitchen includes a large American-style refrigerator with ice dispenser and a fully equipped island for cooking. Combined with a dining table for eight, a cozy sitting area with fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV, this space is ideal for a relaxed stay.

Built against the wall, a staircase leads to a semi-open gallery — a retreat corner for reading or, if needed, getting some work done. From this gallery, which overlooks the living area, you can also enjoy stunning ocean views. This room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, PlayStation 4, numerous board games, DVDs, and books. If the villa is occupied by eight people, two adults can comfortably sleep here in a private space with a king-size bed (1.8 x 2.0 meters).

Through a back door in the kitchen, you’ll access a spacious storage room that includes an additional fridge-freezer. The adjacent utility room contains a washer and dryer.

Large sliding glass doors from the living room open onto the first spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets — perhaps with a glass of champagne in hand?

With a bit of luck, you might spot a pair of gliding seagulls, a flock of storks, or even dolphins or a whale crossing the sea.

Down a few steps to the right of the entrance, you’ll find two additional bedrooms (each 21 square meters), both with en-suite bathrooms featuring rain showers and private terraces. When you open your eyes in the morning, once again, the ocean will be your view. Each room has a king-size bed and built-in wardrobe. A guest toilet is also located on this level.

On the upper floor, you’ll find the 45 m² master suite. It features a walk-in closet — perfect for taking your time to choose the outfit of the day. This spacious suite includes a king-size bed and a sitting area. From here, a sliding glass door opens onto a large covered balcony. The turquoise ocean glistens from every corner. The balcony can also be accessed from the en-suite bathroom, which features a freestanding bathtub and a huge walk-in shower.

The beach is just 300 meters from the villa.

This landscaped property with palm trees sits on a gentle slope and offers multiple areas for relaxation.

There’s a 9x5 meter heated saltwater pool, surrounded by 100 m² of wooden decking with luxurious loungers — ideal for sunbathing. You’ll also find a shaded “cabana,” a semi-open beach hut with a thatched roof, equipped with a small kitchen and a Weber barbecue. An outdoor shower and toilet complete this relaxing area. It can be used year-round. Activation costs €350, and for stays longer than 7 nights, an additional €50 per extra night applies. This service must be requested in advance to ensure availability.

Hidden in the lower part of the garden, an outdoor jacuzzi crowns the charm of this wonderful villa. By day, you’ll enjoy stunning views of Cape Trafalgar; by night, the magnificent starry sky of Andalusia.
