フロントの人がHotels.comを理解しておらず、まず予約の確認ができません。 さらに用意された部屋は洗面台やお風呂が壊れており、使用すると水浸しになります。 ドアの建て付けが悪く、鍵はかろうじてかかりますが、ドア自体が取れそうなぐらい軋みます。 チェックアウト時は、滞在証明も発行できず、メールも使用できないとのことでInstagramのアカウントでPDFでもなくスクリーンショットを送りつけてきます。肝心な滞在証明も日付が間違っていますが指摘しても修正できないの一点張りです。 少なくとも日本人にはおすすめしません。
