The rooms are way to outdated. The hotel looks like it has been over used with out any upkeep and renovations. Would not recommend nor stay there again. In addition, next to this hotel there is a venue that plays very loud music until very late at night. Impossible to sleep or enjoy any type of rest.

Amazing staff, kind, accommodating, helpful. Wonderful restaurant with national dishes. I never saw such a amazing breakfast in Hyatt before, and i traveled all over States. Clean, safe hotel, wil stay again and again

Best hotel to stay in Tashkent. Over all atmosphere is very goods and very soothing. Staff at the reception and breakfast are excellent, very polite and helpful. Shop Owner near the hotel entrance Mr. Omar was very kind and polite. Purchased some gifts from his shop.

Not as best as it’s been advertised Rooms are too small, pool area and gym is only available for extra fee No accommodation for quests everything is an extra fee Water glasses are always dirty in the lobby and room service is not available every day
